John has extensive corporate governance experience as a company director for private and Crown-owned companies. He has served as an elected member of the Auckland District Law Society and was a Treaty claims negotiator and commercial advisor for his Iwi.
Bridget is an Associate of Walters Law, a Conveyancing Practitioner, and a Registered Legal Executive who has been with the firm since 2017. Having previously worked for law firms in the local area, Auckland, and the United Kingdom, she brings a wealth of knowledge and diverse experience to her role. Bridget primarily specialises in property and subdivision transactions, assisting clients with a wide range of conveyancing and related property matters.
She provides practical, client-focused advice guiding clients through each stage of their property transactions with efficiency. Her extensive experience and thorough understanding of conveyancing and subdivision processes enable her to achieve practical and effective outcomes for her clients.
Shara is an Associate of Walters Law and an experienced Legal Executive and Conveyancing Practitioner. She worked for leading Auckland law firms prior to relocating North, where she gained extensive experience across a broad range of legal matters.
Shara's primary areas of practice include estate administration, probate and letters of administration applications, trusts, wills, enduring powers of attorney, occupation right agreements, and subdivision matters. She is known for her approachable manner, attention to detail, efficiency, and commitment to achieving the best outcomes for her clients. From 2027, she will be studying towards a Bachelor of Laws (LLB), further strengthening her legal expertise and knowledge.
Tracy has worked predominately in law having worked in top tier law firms in New Zealand, London and Australia, she is a registered legal executive specialising in residential and commercial conveyancing, guiding clients through every stage of buying, selling, and transferring property with clarity and confidence.
Her work includes Kiwisaver first home withdrawals, buying and selling of properties, refinancing, reverse‑mortgage transactions ensuring all documentation, due‑diligence requirements, and settlement processes are completed effectively and efficiently. Tracy provides practical, accessible advice and a seamless experience for her clients, lenders, and agents, always willing to go the extra mile with her friendly can-do attitude delivering reliable support across areas.
Rebecca is one of our friendly faces you'll meet when you visit or get in touch with our office. As our part-time Office Administrator, she enjoys helping clients feel welcome and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
